Here is how our process works:

1. You review the wedding package and all the initial information I have sent, and you likely have questions that I will answer.
2. We schedule a video call where we will meet personally, and I will help you choose the wedding venue according to your number of guests and preferences and answer all your questions.
3. If everything suits you, we will sign a contract for Santorini planner’s services. The prepayment for the package is 20% of the total amount, and you pay the remaining amount two weeks before the wedding.
4. We reserve the date and venue for you.

Additional services: Once the date and venue in Santorini are booked, we move on to discussing the details of the wedding in Santorini.

1. I will send you websites of photographers in Santorini, videographers, and stylists for you to choose from. We work with all licensed photographers in Santorini.
2. Are you interested in a pre-wedding party when all guests arrive a few days before the wedding? Perhaps you want to organize a party or dinner.
3. Are you interested in Santorini yacht trip to the volcano with a swim in hot springs on the second day after the wedding as entertainment for guests?
4. Wedding venue decor: floral decoration of the gazebo or arch, perhaps you want a mirrored aisle adorned with live flowers, chandeliers, candles, lanterns adorned with lights, and many other interesting decor ideas. We will create an individual concept for your wedding.
5. We will choose exclusive tables, chairs, tableware, and candles for your banquet together.
6. We have the choice of constructions with fairy-tale lights, chandeliers, bulb lamps etc
7. Some villas in Santorini already include a DJ, but others require an additional DJ order. We will discuss how many hours you need.
8. We will think about the evening entertainment program: a saxophonist, live music, Greek dancers, etc.
9. It will be beautiful to order fountain fireworks during the first dance of the bride and groom or cake cutting, and then fireworks in the sky.
10. Do you need a seating plan and welcome board decorated with live flowers?

We will discuss all these questions during the wedding planning process. I will send you brochures with all the options, and we work with the official prices of our vendors.
